CANI Hair — Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time

Standard orders ship within 4–5 business days from the order date.

During sales and promotions, processing may take up to 14 business days.
U.S. Shipping

We ship via FedEx with receipt/signature confirmation and package insurance.

After processing, delivery typically takes ~2–3 business days.

PO Boxes: We DO NOT SHIP VIA PO BOXES FOR SECURITIES REASONS.

Orders ship once payment is confirmed and cleared.
International Shipping

Shipped via FedEx; typical delivery in ~10 business days after processing.

Duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.

CANI Hair may substitute the listed delivery method with a comparable service when needed.

Displayed shipping charges may differ from the carrier’s actual rate; all shipping costs are paid at checkout.
Transit Delays
In rare cases carriers may experience delays (weather, natural events, operational issues). CANI Hair is not liable for carrier or force-majeure delays. Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for these circumstances.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
We cannot make changes to an order after it is placed. To ensure delivery, please enter a complete and accurate address, including apartment/suite/building numbers and standard abbreviations.
A package may be marked “Returned to Sender” if, for example:

The address is invalid, misspelled, incomplete (e.g., missing apt/suite),

The carrier cannot safely deliver after at least one attempt,
-
The addressee has moved or refused the package.
Restocking Fee: All return-to-sender and approved return shipments incur a flat $35 restocking fee. Original shipping charges and package-protection/insurance are non-refundable.
Lost/Misdelivered Shipments
CANI Hair does not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages (including those resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to initiate a trace/claim.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Where required by law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
